I’ve been meaning to put some positive feedback on for a while and watching the patience of a particular member of staff today reminded me to do so. (Helping an elderly customer to do something that they were not obliged to do) I’ve had many dealings with pharmacy’s all over the area over the past few years due to my dad having terminal cancer, and for myself also. It was chaos trying to sort end of life medication but boots were always so kind in comparison to anywhere else. (We had to go round all to find what we needed and when you are going through that a kind word really goes a long way) Staff remember what patients are seeing them for and any issues with prescriptions are looked into quickly to allow us to resolve with the right place. I know I can’t name names on here but I believe the super star member of staff will know who they are. You go above and beyond, and I really really hope it is recognised by the organisation you work for. Everyone I know who uses boots sings your praises. Thank you so much.

Nobody seems to be in charge. You receive a text prescription ready when you Go to collect either cannot find it so you waste time whilst they look for it or Find it has not been made up. Now going elsewhere as feel they are getting paid for a service they do not provide.Staff ignore you just an awful place.
