   The store has been remodelled and all medical and pharmaceutical areas are now upstairs. One "up" escalator and a flight of steps with handrail. Lift has been out of use for at least three weeks - possibly longer. Ground floor now shop selling beauty products mainly. Those requiring pharmacy and medical products are often frail and/or elderly. Many do not like escalators and anyway there is only one going up. I have balance problems and it is unsafe for me to attempt stairs - especially descending. I wish to use the lift but it is not available. There must be many people finding the new layout difficult and potentially dangerous. I cannot be a customer again unless things alter.
