This pharmacy is great. The staff are polite friendly and very helpful. When they didn’t have my meds in stock they offered to call local pharmacies to see if they had them. They even called their supplier to see if they could order them. They referred to me by name and were polite and chatty. When collecting there is never a long wait and they call you to let you know it’s ready. Amazing service every time.

Always sort my medication they go above and beyond very friendly I have my flu jab with them, delivery driver is also very friendly they were amazing when my mum was poorly

My doctor had put incorrect information on my prescription the pharmacy staff went above and beyond to sort this so I didn’t have to go back to the doctor to sort myself

I had a problem with my prescription. I rang the pharmacy and they promptly sorted the problem for me and I got my tablets delivered the next day. An excellent service

Staff were polite and very helpful. Prescription was done very quickly and correctly. I would recommend this pharmacy to family and friends.

I really like this new little pharmacy in Poolstock. Staff are absolutely brilliant. I will definitely use them again.
