   I came to collect a prescription which i had emailed the previous week. The prescription had been missed by dispensery who apologised but the pharmacist was rude and terse saying it was nothing to do with him so unhelpful and dismissive.

   I always feel awkward asking questions they always seem to busy to be helpful. I asked for advise today but didn’t get any help
