This business has gone downhill dramatically I have my repeat prescriptions go directly to this chemist and for last few months have had nothing but problems 1 they asked me if my insulin was important or could I wait for a month for them to get it without my insulin I die 2 they are so slow delivering prescription items and if they don't have them they don't even have the decency to contact you to ask if you have enough untill they can get it or even contact drsto see if they can replace it if I gave stars out of 5 it would be 0

Tried the pharmacy after continued poor service from boots. I was just hoping it would be just a notch better ie quicker prescriptions and no perpetual missing items because of drug stock issues. To my surprise it was a much better service! They put my drugs in a daily pill tray for each week and also their staff are always friendly and helpful. Because of the good work managing my prescription. I have now started to use them for my blood tests, which is very good as you can undertake via walk-in without appointment. This is refreshing because previously with some of the local service providers being appointment only you were forced to use the very busy hospital resource.
