   Some medicines from my Prescription List either missed out or incorrect quantities delivered. Loose tablets, with no medicine name and expiry date, in ‘made up packs. Not helpful for me, a disabled and blind person. Pharmacist previously informed but same anomalies repeated every time. Pharmacy phone not being answered. Will not be using their services.
