This week, they have had hardly any stock, which meant I spent over 45 minutes waiting to be seen to be told, please try again tomorrow. They have not had a pharmacist available this week and are unable to tell you when one will be available. The Pharmacy is supposed to open at 9am however this last week they turn up around 9.20

How disappointing that our local pharmacy is deteriorating month by month. This is the third consecutive month that my husband’s prescription has not been available. Numerous visits, part delivery of some items. Why can’t prescriptions be processed when received? Why is it when you go to collect your medication they have difficulty locating the prescription and then tell you, that the drugs aren’t in stock. When you return the following day nothing, make a further visit and are still waiting for medication to arrive. Someone should to set up an inventory, manage the stock, set up a process for managing the volume of prescriptions and processing them. May be a visit to another chemist to assist with good practice would help?

This pharmacy has really declined in the last year. A queue of more than two people and you can be waiting half an hour. They can’t take cards and I witnessed two people not purchasing products because of this. How can they afford to lose sales. I waited more than 15 minutes waiting for a prescription that I was informed by email that the items were ready for collection but hadn’t even been dispensed. They clearly either don’t have an efficient system or they don’t use it. One person came while I was waiting and their prescription wasn’t ready when they had submitted it for dispensing 7 days ago. It’s sad to see what was an asset to the village turned into one that doesn’t even open on Saturday

Last time i went in, i has to return the next day because there wasn't a pharmacist available. I went back the next day, same thing. And the third time the pills were out stock. Normally I know I'll have to wait for around 30 minutes or more. Hardly any one I know in the village supports 'head office' even though individual staff are pleasant enough. They're poorly staffed, sometimes with no pharmacist on duty. Like many locals, I'm reluctant to go to an on-line pharmacy but enough enough.
