   One of my items was changed without being informed on collection and as a result it wasted a supposedly ‘low stock’ item as well as being labelled incorrectly. I queried this with the pharmacy and was told my item was difficult to obtain. Having researched this I find it is available elsewhere. Since the change in staff at the pharmacy standards have dramatically dropped

   The new staff are rude,don't listen to your needs. They never have medication available. They don't give any communication when the medication has arrived
