I have been in Bideford for a very short time and get my prescriptions filled every couple of months. The personal service is OK but as I do not live within walking distance I prefer to 'phone and check whether the prescription is ready to pick up. I leave the 'phone ringing for ages but nobody picks up; so I just have to travel there in hope! Just why do they not answer the 'phone?

Travelling from afar and simply need to confirm receipt of a prescription and stock availability. Rather urgent given what the prescription is for. Well, I chose the worst pharmacy - been trying to reach them for hours by phone. Service levels that aren’t acceptable anywhere else. I hope the locals don’t accept this.

I get my monthly prescriptions from this pharmacy. I find the pharmacist and all the staff there very helpful. Advice I received in the past and continuing is always precise and helpful in terms of my safe prescribing and my health. Thank you staff at Bideford Pharmacy.
