The lovely lady behind the counter patiently searched for my prescription, then the pharmacist joined in. They decided to do another issue and would search later. They were so friendly and genuinely kind. They joked with other customers and created a very welcoming atmosphere. I have had the pleasure of using the services here on a number of occasions and every time the staff are really nice to deal with. Please don't change - you are all lovely! And the fact you don't think I look my age is so sweet! Thank you!

I have visited this pharmacy several times both during and after the pandemic. The staff are quite the most polite and accommodating people I have met since moving to the area. They will go out of their way to assist you and I think they are marvellous. It is easy in this day and age to berate those that work in retail outlets, but we really should praise those that deliver amazing service. Well done Berrymoor. Your standard of service needs to be copied in many other places.
