Today I was served by a man who went off to find my prescription. It was only for a couple of items. He disappeared out the back and was out there for a long time. Whilst waiting I heard males laughing and joking around which I found very unprofessional. Having to wait for such a long time.

I gave in three paper prescriptions, collected one went back for another batch and they have no record. How is it acceptable to lose people’s prescriptions am I suppose to film or photograph handing them over so I have proof??? The surgery has confirmed I should be collecting batch two of three, I’m now without medication and I’m spoken to by the pharmacy like it’s my fault!

very sad to hear about the fire in the pharmacy. such gd service for so many years. came to surgery this Tuesday for my fathers medication because he has it in boxes every month and didnt know what was happening. was welcomed by a wonderful young girl from pharmacy who helped so much and had so much knowledge. made me feel so much better and went out her way to make sure eveey thing was sorted. not surprised every one wanted to speak to her. need more compassionate people like that in the world. keep up the gd work! hope the pharmacy is back soon cant wait to see the familiar faces again.

Today I went to collect my prescription. The person serving me was quite slow and so not seem to know what they were doing. I waited 20+ minutes for my medication. Usually it is a lot quicker I hope this is not going to be a regular occurrence as I like using this pharmacy.

disappointed with service given on lots Of visits. came one day , rang bell so many times noone served but all us customers heard loud laughing and talking , very unprofesional behaviour. i called and then someone came after a few mins waiting again. one day lady came to serve but she took very long for me when other ladies served other customers and it was done quickly. i waited for very long time and it wasted time for Me.

Got a flu jab here. There was a very short waiting time. The man who did the jab was very nice, and extremely gentle. I barely felt a touch, let alone the needle. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
