Benjamin Pharmacy is such a friendly store, they were very sympathetic to a prescription tablet shortfall scenario yesterday, and although they would certainly not try to compromise a prescription, they offered good advice. The staff have all treated my wife especially, with the utmost respect over a long period of time and we would both recommend them to any local people, thank you.

I had the most positive experience with Benjamin pharmacy today. The GP was on the fence as to whether to send my son to hospital. As this is something that we wanted to avoid they prescribed me some steroids to take ASAP. My usual pharmacy did. It have the prescription in stock nor did another 12 local pharmacies! I called Benjamin pharmacy who went above and beyond. They really understood our predicament and liaised with my GP to source and secure the medication within the hour. We are extremely grateful. Thank you

I was in need of advice today and as always this chemist helped me with their professional, welcoming helpful service. They never fail to deliver excellent care and I feel very lucky to have this chemist in my local town.

I have not been into this pharmacy in a while. My experience was extremely good. All the staff (front and back) were very happy and very helpful to each other and the customers. There was a slightly difficult customer in front of me. The member of staff treated them with the same amount of respect that they gave me. Keep up the good work. Your customer service goes well with the medication you dispense.

I had to find a new pharmacy when Boots shut down. Initially I went to Well at the Mount, but wasn’t happy with the service. A couple of times they didn’t have my meds in stock, plus they didn’t open of a Saturday. I decided to try Benjamins. I am very pleased I did as they have a lot more staff and deal with you courteously and promptly. Never had any trouble with out-of-stock meds. They are open till late in the evening and of a Saturday. They also deliver but I haven’t used that facility. I would recommend them.

Had to purchase dry eye drops, most helpful in their recommendations for price and use of this item. Would recommend this small family chemist.

Most helpful when I had a change of prescription, took the time to explain how to use my new medication. Excellent service and pleasant staff. Will continue to use this small pharmacy.
