Have to say I truly appreciate what the pharmacist and staff do at this chemist for me and my wife. They always go out of the way to get me my medication.

I transferred my elderly parents to this pharmacy as they offered free delivery for prescriptions. The service has been diabolical from the beginning: unprofessional, uncaring, rude and blase. Today was no exception. My parents had a prescription sent electronically to the pharmacy 14 days ago. During the many telephone conversations my parents have had with them, they were told the following: it hadn't been received, it was being dispatched, they should have reminded them as they 'forgot.' Today they are informed that they 'don't have it,' and that they, (my parents,) will have to 'get it' from elsewhere. They most certainly will, and all future prescriptions, as I have now transferred them elsewhere!

Great pharmacy, all staff are very attentive, friendly and go above & beyond for you. Would recommend to anyone within the local vicinity.
