I went in as my daughter was complaining of ear pain and I thought I would try the pharmacy before trying to get an appointment at the doctors. The pharmacist was able to check her ear there and then and let us know that it was not infected yet and what precautions we could take to stop an infection. She also advised that if it got worse or the over the counter medications did not make a difference we could come back in and she could prescribe antibiotics without having to make a gp appointment. Was a very easy and efficient service. Definitely recommend.

The pharmacist went out of her view more than once to help me son otherwise we would have gone to a&e. she was very polite and extremely helpful would highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone

Saved ringing 111 and having to wait for a call back etc. Was able to diagnose and issue antibiotics that were needed. Will use this service again. Thanks.

Came here rather than having to go to the walk in center seen within 2 minutes of walking in got seen and got the antibiotics i needed. Extremely helpful and polite service.

After driving round 8 different pharmacies looking for specific antibiotics for my son this was my last shot after ringing them. I arrived and they were so friendly and empathetic and I am incredibly grateful.

I had visited a doctor but did not feel happy with the diagnosis so went to a GP who listened to my concerned and offered and alternative diagnosis and medication. I felt at easy and satisfied I had been listed to and helped

Went after a 111 referral for my sore throat. Pharmacist anjum took great care of me and prescribed me some antibiotics. Great information and care provided. Thank you
