Waiting time unreal ,due to a long line of drug addicts getting meth,imagrants not speaking English getting free nhs ,filing system and chemist is like a chemist from 1960s, clearly the owners I just taking government funds to line there pockets and not putting anything back.on a good side while waiting you can watch drug addicts shop lift in a comical fashion.

I visited the pharmacy for medication for sinusitis. The dispenser took my details and then I had a discussion with the pharmacist who went through the algorithm, checked my allergies and then gave me antibiotics in line with the recommendation. The staff were all extremely busy managing deliveries, phone enquiries, packaging medication and dealing with a steady stream of people who needed to get their medications. In spite of the pressure they were all under, they were polite, kind and considerate to everyone, even checking that noone was waiting longer than needed. I work in the NHS and know how much pressure everyone is under. This is a great example of how professionals on the frontline continue to exemplify the values of the NHS, in spite of everything they are being asked to do. Really pleased you are my local pharmacy. Thank you!

I find the chemists and the staff very helpful and polite. They nearly always have a smile on their faces and are willing to have a chat if they are not too busy.

My Pharmacy of choice, due to the convenient location, but I've had to switch recently as there have been too many errors. It seems to be one big muddle behind the counter and staff are chasing their tails. My prescription went completely missing and my wife always has something missing from hers, requiring a second or even a third visit. That's not as it should be, but I hope things will improve soon. In other respects, I like this little pharmacy, the historic building and the family name that has been trading on this site for as long as I can remember. ..
