Very often you have to make 1 or more visits to obtain prescription medicines as they not have the items in stock. Neither can you contact them by telephone to check beforehand as the phone rings on and on,then cuts out

I visited 19th July for a blood test the member of staff how did the blood test was a nice lady she made me feel welcome and she aslo made me feel comfortable by talking it was a great service and a great staff member the service I had was great can you please thank her for me 100/100 for a great member of staff I will definitely be coming back. Keep up the good work

I had a blood test booked, but the phlebotomist was running over and I had to leave. I went to the counter to rearrange and the person on the counter explained that they could do it for me instead of having to rebook. They were very professional and caring as I am not good with needles and they put me at ease and I didn't even feel a thing Would definitely rebook my test at this pharmacy.

I had an appointment booked for a blood test at 3pm on 09.02.23. I arrived at the same time as another lady and took a seat at about 2:50pm. Phlebotomist finished her appointment and asked who was next, the other lady got up and went in, I waited for that lady to come out. Then a gentleman came with some flowers for the phlebotomist and a little chat, then another gentleman came and had a short conversation with the phlebotomist. He left and she closed her door to her treatment room for about 10 minutes. In the mean time a lady had come in and said at the desk she had a blood test booked for tomorrow but could she been seen today instead, she was told yes and ushered into another treatment room with another lady who worked there, then after a few minutes the phlebotomist who I was waiting to see went into that room to see that lady. No communication or apology for running late. I had to leave just after 3:15 as I had a child to collect from school. I work within the NHS so appreciate medical emergencies can happen but there was no communication or apology. First time using bannerbrook for blood tests and I won’t be using them again. Another lady who arrived about 10 minutes after me was not very happy either. I have now rebooked my blood test to be done elsewhere.

So Professional and Friendly. Blood service is brilliant. Staff so knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone. Maybe a first stop before seeing your GP.

Very professional and very kind and gentle taking blood was not left waiting too long great staff also when purchasing products they normally have whatever you need

Always friendly and very helpful nothing is to much trouble and if you have a problem they are always ready to assist a happy bunch of people
