    Pharmacy First states you can walk in to your local pharmacy for treatment. This is false. They will send you away and make you phone 111 first. Pharmacy will be closed by the time 111 call back so no treatment. Staff seemed unbothered, just said “find another pharmacy, I don’t make the criteria”

    Very efficient walk-in flu jab; same a month back for Covid jab. Repeat prescriptions work like clockwork. Lucky to have this excellent facility in the village.

    Better managed now. A shame it's closed Saturdays but staff pleasant and no longer rude. Medicines available

    At last ! For the first time since before the pandemic started my repeat prescription was ready and waiting for me when I attended the pharmacy to collect it. All items ordered were present, also something that has not happened for a long time. The member of staff was pleasant and smiling, not something seen often in this pharmacy. Has there been another change of management ? Lets hope so and that is a sign of things to come. Improving the retail side of the pharmacy would make things even better !

    Unable to contact the pharmacy by phone. Never have items requested. Unable to find script left by GP. Rudeness. Careless attitude. Don’t inform patients of items unable to arrive or receive. Expected to travel to pharmacy each day as they say they can’t phone? They expect patients no matter what health issues they have to stand in queues, bad weather, heat waves to be told item not it. Etc. Refuse to phone the patient.
