A week ago I requested my prescription which is on a ‘batch’ went to collect it only to be told I need a prescription review as my ‘batch’ had finished……no one mentioned this when I collected my medication 4 weeks ago. So now I need to contact my GP urgently to get medication . Sorry , but not happy

I have called this morning (just after 6am) with some concerns about a possible viral cough for my daughter. Was advised of the course of action to take over the next few days and some over the counter medication that will ease her symptoms. The pharmacist was happy to listen to my concern and question where needed to make an accurate assessment of my little ones condition.
