My records were missing again and I had to sign for my prescription exemption. The move to computerisation has added poor customer records to a pharmacy overwhelmed by poor stock control. Staff do their best under trying conditions but cannot deliver the customer experience they want to and are capable of because Avicenna cannot deliver systems and processes that are fit for their purpose.
