I went in to collect a prescription that I had previously been paying for (I was informed by the nurse that prescribed me the medication that I should not be paying and even wrote on the prescription slip in big capital letters Free Supply) when I pointed this out to the pharmacy workers (2 of them) they said they were unable to give it to me for free as they are independent, I then explained there should be a phone number or expenditure code to charge the place I received the prescription from as this is what the nurse had told me. They still refused and then proceeded to laugh and raise their voices at me saying that they are an independent company and they won't give it to me for free this made me feel ganged up on as there were 2 of them and only 1 of me and made me feel really uncomfortable - I also suffer with anxiety - I had to leave as I was so shaken and frustrated. I have never been treated like this by a pharmacy or healthcare "professional" (if I can even call them that) in my life. I then went to another independent pharmacy who was able to give me my medication no issues. Will 100% not be returning and wanted to share this experience Don't Use This Pharmacy. Very poor customer service and very poor reading of prescription slips leading to unwanted and unnecessary conflict.

I just attended the pharmacy and was informed they were closed for the day. They then went on to ask why I was there and I explained I had an urgent prescription to collect, but it would be OK as it was my fault for not checking. The pharmacist was extremely kind and still issued my prescription for me. Very grateful to them for helping me and wanted to leave a review to show how grateful I am.
