I bought thrush cream for my wife I didn't know which one she would want and the lady selling it me knew I didn't know so I bought the cream at no point in that sale wad I told I couldn't get a refund or exchange due too the law there wasn't any signs stating this was the case I was told I should know not sure how I would know this but there you go also the pharmacist said he wasn't arguing with me even tho I wasn't raising my voice or being rude I didn't agree that they are exempt from the sale of goods act disgraceful experience they should put a notice informing the public of this get out cluse too save them money the item was unopened and bought 10 mins before I went back too change it

Been to this pharmacy a few times now. Staff are always friendly and if something is not in stock they get it for you quickly

Was prescribed some new medication which I have never took, so asked the lovely lady who served me if I could have a word with the Pharmacist. She went to call him over when he just looked over and told her "it's for a Water infection". He didn't want to help nor reassure me. I was left feeling very disappointed.

Sunday hours are not 7 til 5. Waited for them to open from 7 - 7.30. I would think this is not actually open on a Sunday like their website and nhs website states. It's not right you advertise these times and sick people come for help and medication and your closed. When these people could of been resting in bed till the doctors pharmacy opens at 10. Change your website times so they are accurate and stop messing people about.

I wanted to pick up a prescription which was supplied on my app through a well known private health service. The instructions that appear on my app are so easy.. literally they are "Tell the pharmacist to type in this address, type in your code, answer their questions"... The first person spent 5 minutes tapping away at her screen before asking the pharmacist to help. Together they spent 10 more minutes doing the same. I heard him muttering things like "he will need to download the app"... The woman came over and began to tell me I needed to download an app.. at which point I stopped her and showed her the details were already on the app, and that they simply needed to enter a web address. The pharmacist came over and started explaining that a "special portal" was needed in order to access the code ... we looked together at the code she had copied from my phone and there were two mistakes.... "I haven't even entered the code yet" said the pharmacist "No box appears to enter the code"... Makes you wonder what they had been doing all that time .. .anyway I gave him the help number and went and sat down watching him faff about some more... Whilst waiting I typed the address into my phone ... surprise surprise the site with the box to enter the code appeared immediately... I watched him a little longer and asked what he was now doing .. I had been there 35 minutes (and there were no other customers).. "I'm still waiting to get an answer" he replied, before talking again about the special portal that was needed. Listen - I get completely if someone doesn't know how to do something ... that is totally fine and if you don't know then ask .. but the continued "blagging" about a special portal because you cant follow instructions, and worse, taking down a code incorrectly is unforgivable. Pharmacists you need to catch up with the world, people are using online doctors and this is not a wild request.
