Ordered my repeat prescription from my GP on Saturday saw on the NHS website it had been issued on Tuesday went to collect Thursday told to wait half an hour as everyone was at lunch. Called again on Friday only to find it had still not been made up. To add insult to injury they were out of stock of my statin. This experience is not unusual. Either they are short of staff or their systems need a thorough overall.

Prescriptions take forever to be ready. Staff are rude and don’t look to see what it is you’re paying for. Contraceptive is free yet I was charged £9.65 and they didn’t even check what I was paying for.
