    Today I have been ringing to order my prescription. I have made 123 calls and the line is either engaged or it rings but no one answers Because I haven't managed to speak to anyone, when I turn up to pick my prescription up tomorrow they'll say its not ready Because you didn't ring to order it. After today I will be changing to another pharmacy for my prescription. Shocking service.

    Was referred by 111 to go and see, nice and professional and offered reassuring advice, really appreciated it

    Upon trying to call the pharmacy, the phone was ringing for a long time. I hung up. A short while later I tried again, the phone was answered in the following way - it was picked up and the call cut off. I immediately called again thinking it was a connection issue. The phone was left off the receiver.
