People are always quick to moan n complain but never quick to compliment or write it in in a review. So .. let me be the first ... 12mths ago I was struggling with this pharmacy .. chasing up my delivery, my meds etc ... by the way .. most of the meds missing was down to the GP / Prescription staff totally missing it off my original order .. anyway .. just want put in a few nice kind words on how much the place has changed this last 12th or so ... even down to the staff smiling , chatty , taking time for you.. new manager I've been told .. Well hats off to her ... you obviously doing your job right cause I've had very little problems in a very lots of months ... Also been a few staff changes ... Good changes ... their all always polite curtious n friendly n rather helpful. Well Done Ashgrove Pharmacy!! .. you've got a good team there ... keep doing g what your doing .. n above all ... keep smiling

Never a pharmacist on site. Makes it very difficult for working people to pick up a prescription. I have tried several times to pick up my medication to no aval! I have life changing medication and haven't been able to collect this for nearly two weeks!
