    ASDA pharmacy allowed me to book online for a flu jab for my 94 yr old mother on 1/10/22 but when we arrived at the pharmacy we were turned away as the pharmacist on duty was not qualified to deliver injections. I asked why I was not informed ahead of the appointment to save me getting this frail old lady out for no reason and the assistant at Plymouth Asda pharmacy informed me that they never know until the pharmacist arrives in the morning who they will get and what they can do. I think this is unacceptable and inefficient. It is also very poor customer care. I will not be using them again.

    I booked a flu on the 28 August for the 24 th September turned up for my appointment to be told that the service is no longer available the girl in the pharmacy was very sorry and apologized saying they shouldn't of been accepting appointments because they have nobody to administer the jab, no phone call or email to myself to cancel so a wasted journey and now I have to try and find somewhere else a month on absolutely shoddy service will not be using Asda again
