The pharmacy used to be open from 7am to 11pm, which was really convenient, but in the last year changed to 9am to 9pm. It also now closes for lunch and afternoon break, I think 12.30 - 13.00 and 16.30 to 17.00. Which is not great if you can only visit at lunch or after work. They are really slow checking and dispensing medicines and dealing with other pharmacy enquiries. I recently experienced this when my Surgery sent over my prescription in the morning, whilst on the phone to me, and confirmed it was done. I went to the pharmacy in the afternoon/early evening and the dispensing assistant said "we are behind, can you come back later?". The second time, just in the last few weeks were on a Sunday morning, just after they opened. I was only the 3rd or 4th person in line and had a completed form to get checked, signed off and receive a refund. Without even looking at the form, the assistant stated the good old "we are really busy, can you come back later?". Seems like the service in general and definitely customer service has gone downhill since the change in management of Asda but it's really showing now.
