    Went in to pick up my emergency medication which had been sent to this pharmacy via 111 Nhs at approx 7.29am. Had confirmation that it Asda had received it at 7:30am. Went in at approx 5pm that night only to be met with the most disgraceful, disgusting, unprofessional, unacceptable customer service I’ve ever experienced. The pharmacy colleague was rude, abrupt, and not helpful telling me that there was no medication there for me. I had to ring back 111nhs who confirmed that it should be there and that Asda had sent confirmation over to them. Yet the pharmacy colleague didn’t believe me (even when I was on phone in front of him to 111 nhs). Was kept waiting for over an hour, getting sly looks from the pharmacy colleague until I got my emergency medication. Not acceptable. Complained to Asda house who didn’t seem To take my complaint seriously. The Asda pharmacy area manager was just as bad and rude with her customer service …… even mentioning that she “didn’t have a Time Machine so what do you expect me to do!!”. Which I couldn’t believe.

    Called to collect prescription that was ordered at GPS at weekend. Told it had not been dispensed and to come back in 30 mins. Called back 45 mins later but when I got home it was the incorrect items. Tried to phone to advise several times but got no answer. Called into shop in person to request the correct items only to be told the did not have one of the items in stock. Told they would make up the other 3 items and order the out of stock item but there would be a wait of 15 mins. Didn’t have time to wait so said I would call back later. When I got back to the car I received a phone call to say my prescription had been found and everything was there. In fact this prescription had been made up the day before and was waiting to be picked up all along. When I got home and opened the packet one item was in fact missing. 2 devices of mobile cassettes had been ordered but only 1 dispensed. I tried phoning the pharmacy again but they are still not answering the phone. I feel I now have to stop using this pharmacy as the staff don’t appear to know what they are doing.
