Every time I go to pick up a prescription I get told it’s not ready. I am told to do shopping if I need to and go back to be then told to come back tomorrow. The pharmacist goes out and leaves staff. My husband went to collect my prescription today and was told it would be a 40 minute wait. He was then told to come back tomorrow as the pharmacist was out. I have copd and the dr prescribed me antibiotics and steroids, which I do not have.

They gave me someone else's medication and asked me to bring it back. I have to get two busses there an 2 back home! I've had to wait 3 weeks for my prescription??? Its taken me a week to get through to them on the phone. Then On the 18th July, I phoned them 14 times an someone finally answered. They told me, my prescription wasn't there ?? then he told me he had found it?? an I can come an collect. I went to collect on 19th July even though the prescription was put in on the 27th June ?? When I got there I was told, they haven't got it ?? I asked them to check because I was told on the phone yesterday it was there. When they looked they found it but some items were missing?? Then they finally gave me all my prescription after 20 minutes ?? With no apologies. This is not the first time this has happened. My condition has deteriorated due to no medication for 3 weeks !! They are a disgrace an messing round with people's lives !! They act as if they are working in a sweet shop, Not a chemist. Another occasion I came home to find they only gave me half of my medication. When I went back they denied it an refusing to give me the rest. I was so distraught, worrying how I was going to cope without my medication. Then 10 o'clock at night, I received a phone call saying, the found it ??an can I come an collect, again another to 2 buses there an 2 back. Especially when I am not well. Its mot an easy journey. I chose the Asda chemist thinking it would be convenient whilst getting my shopping but now it's beginning to damage my health !!!

Unwell and contacted pharmacy 3 times before setting off on a half hour journey to collect tablets and when I got there they had no stock! A common tablet too!but desperately needed them ,So had to then bother 111 and the walk in centre for several hours. A joke! You wonder why the nhs is in such a state
