    Staff always say they don't have the prescription even though it's on a new batch. When they do find it they say its expired. It hasn't because they then find further info and order the medication. They never answer their phone, staff are rude and unhelpful and often we have to arrange an emergency prescription and get GP to ring chemist to sort them out. Would never use again.

    I never leave bad reviews but this is something that I'm still thinking about days after. I went to Watelooville asda Pharmacy to collect a batch prescription and order a repeat prescription. After waiting in line for a while, other customers behind me where being served before me but I didn't complain as the staff seemed stressed. Two woman there couldn't seem to find anyone's prescription and couldnt remember any customers name often getting customers names wrong for the prescriptions they where looking for. The General Manager who was there due to short staff was serving me, she was extremely rude. Huffing at me when I was asking for help and generally acting impatient and annoyed with me. Told me not to order repeat prescriptions in store as I need to do it all online which means I would have to contact my doctor even though the doctor would tell me to contact the pharmacy. When I asked if I could have my batch prescription that day due to my medicine running out I was told no and I had to wait for 2 days meaning I have gone without medicine for 2 days. I have severe anxiety so I don't like causing any fuss. I have now had to ask someone to come with me to collect the prescription as I am so anxious I can't go on my own due to the last experience there. I think the general manager needs to have some more customer service training.
