    Shocking to be honest. I handed a prescription in on the Thursday to be told it's not in stock. Got told it would be delivered to pharmacy Friday morning and has not yet arrived. I have just been told it will now not be in until later on Monday evening. So I now have to wait 5 days for antibiotics for an infection. Shocking treatment. Would never got there again to be honest.

    I visited the Asda Pharmacy recently to collect prescriptions for my twins. When I gave both names, the staff member seemed peeved and abruptly told me to give one name at a time. I explained they are twins and I usually say both together, but her response was rude and dismissive. The interaction continued to feel unnecessarily harsh. When asked to sign the prescription declaration, I started to write the date and was snapped at—“I didn’t say do the date, did I”—and later made a simple mistake ticking a box, to which she responded with visible frustration (slamming her head into her hands). Her tone and attitude made the whole experience feel uncomfortable and belittling. As someone with a hidden disability (inattentive ADHD), small tasks can feel overwhelming, especially after a long day with unwell, 4month old babies and when my elvanse has worn off. Rather than being met with patience, I felt judged and embarrassed. To make matters worse, when I said I still needed to collect the second prescription (as I had originally requested), I was treated like an inconvenience. I usually wouldn’t leave a negative review, but the way I was spoken to genuinely impacted me. People working in healthcare—especially in pharmacy settings—need to show empathy, patience, and professionalism. I hope this is taken as constructive feedback to help improve future customer experiences.
