   This branch has gone downhill in terms of service. They are understaffed, and have to contend with a new system imposed on them. They admit to being 2 weeks behind with dispensing repeat prescriptions. They are playing with peoples lives at the moment. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks and still have not received the full prescription. Will be making a complaint to GPh Council about the service as it seems impossible to talk to anybody at Asda Pharmacy other than formal letter.
