Bad customer service Slow Rude Left us waiting 45 minutes to be served then announced they were closed after having everyone Que up. Shocking service never use!!

I have booked online for private flu jab for 26 September 2023, I received email confirmation with reference number . I went to the pharmacy for my appointment I was shocked they didn’t have a pharmacist and didn’t have a flu jab and they don’t know when day start vaccination. On there website they have all the information ready.l wasted my time and work . I done the vaccine at other pharmacy before and I had never a problem. Never go to them.

Today I visited this pharmacy in Crawley, I waited 20 minutes to speak to the cashier, I had visited many other pharmacy’s and they had sold out of the product I required which was the morning after pill, when I asked to purchase one he says yes but in half an hour I have to speak to the pharmacist, goes to speak to her and comes back he then asked my age I told him 22 he then told me I have to go to another pharmacy to purchase one as the pharmacist there won’t sell it to anyone under 25!, this is ridiculous I’m an adult just like someone at the age of 25, this is discrimination to think my health is not cared for and valued. Their beliefs should not be put onto me this is my life and my choices. I can’t just pick this item off the shelf so to be refused is outrageous. I now have to wait for time to receive a delivery of this product which is not going to be as effective.
