Doctor sent a prescription to the chemist on the Thursday could not get to collect until Saturday afternoon only to be told it's not ready and asked do I need them doctor would not have prescribed it I did not need them so have to go on the Sunday to see if they can be bothered to fill the prescription or not will definitely be finding another chemist this one is a joke

I visited Asda Pharmacy for a flu vaccination. I was told on this occasion, that there's no Pharmacy Manager so therefore could not receive a vaccination. Furthermore could not get a date when there might be a pharmacy manager present. On a previous visit I was told I had to book online. On another occasion I was told it was a walk in service. So three visits to Asda Pharmacy for a flu vaccination all unsuccessful. I tried to book by ringing their phone line. No one answered the phone. All in all I would rate Asda Pharmacy inadequate and poor when it comes to flu vaccination.

If you had asked me about this pharmacy 3 months ago I would have said brilliant. Ask me now I would say shocking. They loose prescriptions , tell out out of stock, ring you to say your missing tablets have arrived, visit the store to be told they have lost them. You can order your prescription ,leave it for 6 days , call to collect to be told have you any shopping to do we will have it ready in an hour. This is not the first time it has happened the impression I have is they do not make up a prescription until you ask for it. Why has service gone backwards so badly.
