Told I had to wait for a text all day , never received text . Blood pressure pills needed . Rude woman on reception, will be going back for my prescription tomorrow and I guarantee I will get it .

Please check cctv of 19:10 and after and you will find out that staff attending one customer then going back and having random chit chat and little bit snaking and the attending next customer and same chit chat with snaking…wasting peoples time..i was feeling like uninvited guest in some one house..and today is friday and they received my proscription on monday 12-june 2023 and still its not ready…asda really need to improve ..

My digital prescription get sent to them, every time i went to pickup My prescription, its never ready and they tell me wait time is 30 or 40 mnts why??? You had my prescription for few days and everytime something is not in stock. I tried to call you but you never answer your phone maybe once I got through in 5 years.
