    Staff very helpful always go that extra to help. Appreciate the assistance given when telephoning for news on medicine delivery

    I received a text to advise my prescription was ready for collection, that's all it said.I checked the pharmacy website as I work full time, the opening hours on their website does not indicate any closure or inability to hand out prescriptions, so planning my short lunch break I arrived at 14.02 to see a paper outside on a stand saying that 'when the pharmacist is at lunch between 2 - 3pm we cannot hand out prescriptions. Had I known this I wouldn't have wasted my time. Perhaps the pharmacy can adjust their web pages to inform the public, add text to their texts advising of this.
