    After a call with 111 the day before I was told to visit the pharmacy, the pharmacy was supposed to be open from 9am-6pm, however due to the pharmacist not being there was shut between 1pm-2pm, however once I went back after the 2pm, it was still not open. This is highly inconvenient for me as I was recommended to see the pharmacist within 24 hours. I will now have to wait again and try tomorrow.

    I have been getting my prescriptions from Aqua for many years. I have always preferred the packs with the days of the week. Sometimes they didn't have them and apologised and did their best to get them for next time. On my visit today they did not have them and instead of being polite I was told they weren't available in an extremely rude and aggressive way. I said if they couldn't in future would it be best if I went somewhere else. To which I was angrily told they would remove me from their list. I was very shocked after about 10 years going there. This is no way to speak to/treat a customer

    The people at Aqua Pharmacy never answer their phone! It's little wonder that people are getting frustrated about communication. As a disabled person, it's very difficult for me to get to the pharmacy in person as disabled parking is so poor in the area. If they actually picked up the phone occasionally, I'm sure customers would be much happier with the service at Aqua. Today, for example, I called eight times throughout the day only to get a recorded message telling me to call back later!

    I am disabled and have great difficulty walking. I attended the Pharmacy this morning for my 11.30 appointment for a flu jab. I had to ring the bell on the counter twice to get attention. I was met with some scepticism. After being told to take a seat, I was informed there were no vaccines in, and would not be until 15 September, plus they did not know when the covid booster would be in. I put a lot of effort (and pain) into that visit. Surely the Appointments book is checked and they could have rung me to cancel? Ill trained staff and lack of attention to detail. Bit scary to imagine how things there are managed generally. I won't bother in future. I'll book at Doctor's practice which is awkward to get to for me, but I'm not prepared to be messed about again.

    How disgusting that they let you go to the pharmacy when they know that they have no Covid vaccines in store. Arrived at the pharmacy at 9.30am for the first Covid booster jab of the day only to be told that their delivery of vaccines, which was due at 8.30am, had failed to arrive. They did not bother to phone me and I wasted a journey from the other side of town and wasted money on car parking as they have no parking of their own. The pharmacist was in a room or office out of view and he could not even be bothered to face me to speak to me instead using his shop assistant to relay messages to me. There was no empathy from the pharmacist and his attitude was that it did not matter whether I was the first or last appointment of the day: he was not going to go out of his way to ring anyone to tell them that there was no vaccine. He just could not care less. What a contrast to another pharmacy that I rebooked with who texted me prior to my appointment to inform me that they had no vaccine. It is a shame that Aqua Pharmacy do not know how (and cannot be bothered) to treat customers properly. I have reported Aqua Pharmacy to the NHS regarding their attitude. I'm not the first and I expect that I won't be the last!
