This is my local pharmacy and they supply my prescriptions. I recently popped in to see if they were part of the Pharmacy First screen as I needed some antibiotics for a minor infection. I was seen straight away and spoke to the pharmacist who was very discreet yet clear and detailed with his questions regarding my symptoms to make sure that they could help me. He was able to prescribe antibiotics which have sorted out the problem. It was so much easier talking to the pharmacist than having to try to speak to a GP at my incredibly overloaded surgery - the pharmacy offered an instant solution. Thanks to all the team there!

Requested a non repeat prescription from GP at 1740 on a Friday night. Text message on Monday at 0930 to say prescription was ready to collect. Very rapid response and appreciated. Have also sign posted Apollo when people cannot get a prescription from their usual pharmacy if drugs are out of stock. They have a rapid turnaround on dispensing and are very helpful and friendly at all times. Beats using the high street chains who have such a long wait of up to 10 days. So nice to have a community focused pharmacy, who are all approachable, efficient and friendly.

I ordered my auntie's medication in December and her doctor also put a perscription in. Both are suppose to be delivered as my auntie's walking is restricted. We have not had anything delivered and I get fed up with travelling half an hour to go and get them. The pharmacy are offering a delivery services but don't deliver, I am getting very annoyed with the stress it causes my auntie who worries she will run out of medication.
