We are support workers who work with adults with learning disabilities and vulnerable people. But a member of apex turned up at almost 11 at night knocking on the door to deliver a mar sheet telling a member of our staff to open the door at that time! This made us very uncomfortable and restless which is not good enough when your on a 24 hour shift looking after people I'm am soo angry this should not be allowed! Why so late could of woke our residents up not to mention its very strange

We do not deliver that late. Our pharmacy closes at 6.30pm and deliveries are done during opening hours. We also do not issue MAR sheets therefore it could not have been someone from Apex pharmacy who delivered to you. You must have had that delivery from another pharmacy or organisation. I agree that delivering at 11pm is not acceptable.

In response to another review, I've always been able to get in touch with them on the phone when I check in to confirm my prescriptions. 4/5 times or more they have my medications in stock, if not, it's usually available in a day or two.
