I’ve used this pharmacy for years and it’s just completely gone down.. they’re constantly messing up prescriptions and today they where horrible about it even though they’ve been saying for 3 days come back tomorrow! Surprise surprise they still didn’t have them and told me just go elsewhere (with pleasure)

I visited the pharmacy through the 111 service my nhs app recommended to me. When I arrived the pharmacist made me shout over my personal details while he was stood the other of where the medications are with his back to me. He then came forward to the counter and told me my prescription is not an emergency and ‘I am putting other people at risk by requesting it. I apologised and explained that I didn’t say this on the website when I was trying to source my medication and he turned his back to me and walked away not even acknowledging me. This was a simple mistake by something not made clear on the website. For someone who suffers with anxiety this was a very uncomfortable position to be in all for a mistake, Not what I have experienced from this pharmacy previously as the ladies and gentleman normally on the toll are very friendly. Due to this I will be considering my use of this pharmacy

Started using this pharmacy due to its proximity to a new job and have been pleased, thus far. They have made follow calls to me about my repeat prescription twice now, checking in on my progress. The staff are courteous, although queues can sometimes be a little slow but on the whole really good.
