Fantastic pharmacy. Without the covid vaccination service the people off Macclesfield and surrounding areas would have had to travel elsewhere. Volunteers and staff were always happy to help, from letting people sit down if unable to stand for long to booking people in adhoc with no appointment. Andrew and his team should be very proud of what they've done for Macclesfield. People who sit back and criticise should take a look at themselves and see how and who they helped during the pandemic!!

My wife and I attended the Pharmacy for our annual flu jab last Sunday, and were surprised and angry to be asked to wear a face mask, being offered on entering the shop. Whilst we fully understand and appreciate that many will still prefer to wear a mask, the Government mandate to wear one in 'health care settings' was lifted on 19th July this year. When we declared our exemption from wearing a mask, we were rudely asked "Can you show proof?" by the staff member at the door. This has never been a legal requirement, and should not have been asked. On entering, we found ourselves to be the only people unmasked, and a scene that took us right back to the 'bad old days' of 2020. Andrews is a shop. Our GP's surgery, Dentist and Hospice no longer require masks. We were made to feel like lepers and will not be attending this Pharmacy again.
