I travelled here as NHS website said walk ins were available. However there were no walk ins but the pharmacy kindly agreed to allow me in if was eligible (which i am). There was only one staff member administering the covid and flu vaccines and had the difficult task of trying to vaccinate 4 people every 5 minutes. I mentioned that I'd been allowed a walk in appt as no one had taken my details. I was told everyone would be seen in appointment time order but that didn't resolve my query as presumably I'd have to wait until close of play before being seen. The waiting room was getting very cramped and I couldn't envisage waiting all day to be seen. It wasn't my fault the information online was incorrect and I had travelled 8 miles to get there. I was very disappointed. It would have been better too be asked to return say just before the afternoon session to save me waiting all morning but there was no opportunity to ask this. I sympathise with the staff as they are busy but some idea of when I would be seen would have been good.

Review titled Quick Booster Jab!

I have just visited this pharmacy with my 89 year old grandad as he was due his booster jab. The staff were very accommodating and came to the car to administer the jab instead of him having to get out. My grandad is unfortunately not very mobile so it helped a lot for them to provide this service for him. Thank you very much!
