I could not download NHS app. I went to Jade Pharmacy and they helped me. I am very grateful to them. I will recommend to all my family and friends to get medical help and more.

Very caring and courteous service even when the pharmacy is very busy looking after large numbers of people attending for vaccines. I was helped by a very decent and friendly Lady who didn’t get phased or annoyed despite there being sone challenging people waiting.

Thank you for not minding me arriving early for my booster jab for coving, allowing me to sit down and get my breath back before and after. Thank you for putting me at my ease and telling me in the future I can come back for anything else I might need doing, I will definitely do that.
