   I will start by saying this is an ongoing issue with my elderly mum. Doctors had set up her meds and we asked for them to be delivered. We were given a card and told this was needed, we’ve asked several times, what the card was for but still non the wiser, as basically we was still putting in requests for her meds. Last straw came when her eye drops were missed. In the end we have sorted it all out at the doctors and asked for monthly medication and have changed pharmacy. They are so unhelpful, rude and it’s no wonder they keep changing owners! There way of getting medication at The Hub clearly doesn’t work, as we are told give 5 days plus for meds 🤷‍♀️
