   Whilst collecting my medication an elderly couple came in . There was a problem with something and they were told they would have to wait 20 minutes or make an appointment and come back . I asked if there were any chairs for them to sit on . This just got a shrug . It was originally Lloyds and had items for sale and a chair to sit on . Now it is wall to wall drugs with no chairs. An uni biting place with not very caring compassionate staff from my experience
