I regularly get post dated meds, but the last few times have been a nightmare. Usually, I had them made up in the mornings who was lovely and looked after me. She knew I needed them on the day and had them ready. She’s now left and I’m now back and forth through the day then made to sit around waiting most of the afternoon.. I suffer with extreme anxiety and panic disorder and twice felt like I was going to pass out or have an anxiety attack. It very stressful for me and I don’t like being around people as I’m a nervous wreck. They can see I’m upset and not showing any care towards me, instead treat me like I’m an inconvenience to them. I have to have the meds on the day every week, and if I don’t I get really sick without them. The staff seem to change constant in there too and no one stays longer than a few months. It’s got to the point I dread my collection day now and I’m stressed and get myself all worked up and go dizzy when there then anxiety kicks in and I get all panicky. I would like to be treated more kindly and made to feel like I’m not an inconvenience to them.

My wife and I went for our Covid booster jab. We booked online without any problems. We then visited the pharmacy at the appointed time. Parking in front. Staff were ready for us, called by name. Completed the vaccinations. All very friendly and professional. These ladies are a credit to the NHS. Thank you for a very pleasant experience

Excellent service from staff today, easy booking system, very professional and polite, explained the whole process. Completely pain free with no side effects. Would highly recommended, many thanks staff.
