    There has now been a number of occasions that a prescription has been sent to the pharmacy via the doctors surgery. Over a week later when you would think the item should be ready to collection, I go to the pharmacy only to be told I would have to wait at least 30 minutes whilst they "check in the back room" for my prescription. What is the point of requesting a prescription via an app and it going to the pharmacy electronically only to be told I have to wait 30 mins for it. It would have been quicker to take the prescription in person an to wait for it to be dispensed whilst you wait.

    My son who has a lot of medical needs and special needs I got his epilepsy medication refused because there was a price difference and the woman behind the counter was rude. I had to actually speak to the hospital so they would give me his medication and they have had to send a letter to tell them straight that if it was changed it would cost more money if something happened and he was hospitalised. Nobody should be putting a price on a sick young patient not just my son.They won’t be getting my custom again
