   As a neorodiverse and a person with spacific learning difficulties. I found the experience of pharmacy first awkward, lacking in confidence. Staff seemed unsure of process. I was handed a laminated sheet of paper to tick my symptoms. (I may not feel or identify my symptoms in the same way as others) it was assumed I had reading and understanding ability (causing fear, embarrassment and anxiety) no details were checked or examination took place just dismissed as not been server enough and told to carry out same first line treatment that I had already been doing. This service does not accommodate Diversity and disability and makes me nervous that we are roling out a tick box service without any personablity or wider understanding or considerations. All in all very poor and disappointing service.
