The staff need further training in confidentiality and making sure they give out the correct prescription. There is one lady who looks like they have kept on from previous company, gave me the wrong prescription even after confirming my name and address. Luckily I didn’t reach back home before checking. But what was the point of confirming my name and address and still give me the wrong prescription which also had a different name on it. That’s happened twice now with the same lady. As for confidentiality, the pharmacy is quiet and when customers want to discuss their problems and what to get treatment, the staff seem to broadcast it. The pharmacy is small and everyone can hear. I don’t understand why they cannot put the radio like they use to. It’s sad as this use to be a great pharmacy.

I normally order my repeat prescription about 4 working days before I run out unfortunately I got my maths wrong and ordered on Saturday but was running out of one of my 4 tablets on the Monday to follow.The surgery agreed my prescription online Monday morning so I telephoned the pharmacy to explain the mistake I had made and they offered to get all 4 tablets ready within the hour..which they did .what an amazing service and such a big improvement since taking over from Lloyd's

From the moment the new pharmacy opened I have recieved excellent service. Very helpful and go the "extra mile". Such a big improvement on Lloyds.
