Used to be very good but now are clearly overworked, no longer send a text when a prescription is ready for collection, take ages to find prescriptions and most recently did not bother to call to say that the medicine needed was out of stock..... very disappointing.

I urgently needed travel vaccinations before a holiday, the team were very friendly and helpful and managed to book me in accordingly. The pharmacy was very easy to find and the service was superb. The pharmacist was very comprehensive and thorough in giving me good travel advice and discussing which vaccinations I should have. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy and would happily choose to go back for further future travel vaccinations.

Had to book travel clinic urgently and I'm glad I found this place. They managed to accommodate me in short notice and the staff were awesome throughout, giving great advice and recommendations. Will certainly return in future and recommend this practice to others.

We are very pleased with the service Alconbury Pharmacy provides. Medication delivery is excellent and always prompt. An added bonus is when you ring the pharmacy your call is answered straight away.

I went here to get some vaccines before my holiday and I was seen by a pharmacist called Anil. It was really quick and he gave me some good advice about my holiday.

I came to this pharmacy to use their travel clinic. The pharmacist was very friendly, and really knowledgeable for what I needed for my trip. Really straight forward, no issues at all. I would recommend this to anyone in need of a travel clinic.

I'd arranged a flu jab on the phone. Very welcomed team, and then pharmasist gave a very quick and very painless jab. Whilst there, I also had time to talk about recent injury I had, and pharmasist was really helpful on advice the cause, and further medication. He also gave me some tips on if I need further help and how to get it with the NHS rather than via A&E.. Historically, I'd go to try and see a doctor but appointments ar hard to get, but the pharmasist advice was superb, I'd definatly use them again for medical condition or accident advice, and they are far more available.

Went in for travel vaccines as surgery took over two months just for a consultation! Wouldn’t have been able to get my vaccines in time. Extremely helpful and insightful! Explained in detail why I would and wouldn’t need certain vaccines; the advisories were tailored to me. Also had a lovely chat, with some tips and recommendations. Friendly and much quicker than through a GP. Would highly recommend.

Medication not issued correctly, medication dispensed twice in one month, and someone else's medication sent to incorrect patient! Medication left on door step where there is a busy public foot path out the front so anyone could walk away with it

I switched to this pharmacy some 4 months ago. I have my prescriptions delivered by this pharmacy. I have also had to talk to the staff. I have found all members of staff most helpful and their delivery service is second to none.
