I ordered my repeat prescription giving one day more than the required three full working days notice as I was going away and needed the prescription. I explained that I was going away when I ordered the prescription. When I went to collect some medication was not there. Thy said they could try to get some for the next day. 1) I live a 45 min round trip to the pharmacy 2) why didn’t they phone me to say a product wasn’t ready 3) if they could get the medication by the next day why hadn’t they managed to get it in stock with the 4 days notice they had already had ! You can only call them at specific times and they are off hand if you do manage to get through

Prescribed painkiller due to fracture. Pharmacy said they didn't have in stock so cancelled prescription. A: thst was thecerong procedure and meant I then had to get the prescription reissued B: the doctor can see their supply and they had plenty do either lying or not managing their stock appropriately. Still in pain and still have no pain killers.

My repeat prescription had not been delivered as per original arrangement - and when I was able to speak to someone was given to believe it would be delivered in due course. This never happened and when I contacted my Surgery It was informed that the pick up for prescription was now from a completely different Pharmacy. Alconbury Pharmacy was not answering the phone to offer any explanation - so remains a mystery. I will not be using them ever again !

Used to be very good but now are clearly overworked, no longer send a text when a prescription is ready for collection, take ages to find prescriptions and most recently did not bother to call to say that the medicine needed was out of stock..... very disappointing.

I urgently needed travel vaccinations before a holiday, the team were very friendly and helpful and managed to book me in accordingly. The pharmacy was very easy to find and the service was superb. The pharmacist was very comprehensive and thorough in giving me good travel advice and discussing which vaccinations I should have. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy and would happily choose to go back for further future travel vaccinations.
