   Ordered medication for myself and partner, they messed up big style, told me mine had run out, I checked my patient access and repeat order approved in July. My partner got extra of one medication and one missing. I phoned it took 6 attempts before someone spoke ( other times it sounded like they picked up and put down the handset). Guess what they miraculously sorted mine, and will correct my partners. Just a pity they are the closest. 4/10
